Why I love "DYNAMIC RESISTANCE"
Thursday August 22 2013
I'm just about 6 months out from starting the DDP Yoga Workouts and I absolutely love them. Even though my weight loss isn't as much as some people, I feel like I am tuning and turning my body into a fat burning, muscle building machine. Part of this is because of the Dynamic Resistance involved in the program. For 20 years, I have spent my weekends at wrestling events, performing inside the squared circle. One thing that many wrestlers do in the locker rooms to get that "pumped" look is to bring in the Elastic therapy bands. I did that for a short period of time, until I learned the mind-body connection. I learned at a very young age when working out that form and controlling the muscles that I am working for that exercise is very important. Too many idiots at the gym are using the wrong muscles while performing certain exercises. Ater learning how to work all of the muscles in my body and focus on those muscles during the exercise, I soon learned how to achieve that "pump" just by moving my body. I literally can pump up and work out my muscles without any weights.
When DDP started to talk about Dynamic Resistance, I knew right then and there that this program is exactly what the doctor ordered. I have maintained my muscle mass even with the diet and exercise. I have lost only body fat. I still have a way to go... but by the end of this year, I will be very very close to my goal..
GUARANTEED.....
