100 DAYS 100 HOUR CHALLENGE: Tuesday 8/20/2013 8:00am

I just finished Diamond Cutter. By far, this workout is my favorite. I feel that even though it is under an hour, the amount of time that my heart rate is in the zone is by far enough time to shed some pounds off of this body. I woke up, grabbed a cup of coffee then went to it. It felt great to start my day with a good workout. It's tough for me to try to workout at night becaus I am just drained mentally from work. So I figured I would give it a try to wake up an hour earlier than normal. I'm eating very healthy today for work. I brought with me a smoothie that I made with Almond milk, mixed berries, and spinach. I also made a huge salad with Tuna. Today is a great day! I'm a little behind with updates but I promise to keep the ball rolling. This week I will post some pictures so that we all can see if there are any noticible changes. Be Well! -STEVE
