The battle continues...

My struggles day to day seem to be the same.. Do I workout? Or do I not? That's what being lazy and unmotivated does to me. However, that has changed hopefully for the better. I've been training with weights ever since I could remember. I had my first gym membership before I could even drive a car. Unfortunately, my lack of motivation throughout the years has prevented me for being in top physical shape. That all changes this year though. I discovered DDP Yoga back in February of this year, and the ride has been amazing. Since that time I have constantly battled the trials and tribulations as to whether I continue to stick with only the DDP Yoga program or also mix it up in the gym. My gut feeling as well as my personal education to health and fitness tells me to mix it up to get the utmost in results. I have done a lot fo soul searching the past few days and discovered that it's not which workout I do, it's whether or not I workout. And whether or not I workout is now a question that will be left behind. I decided that I either feel like doing one or the other. It's not a matter of WHICH workout I do. Now that I have sorted the cards out in my brain, it's sky's the limit from here. So having said all that. I don't see a need in doing a 100 day yoga challenge. However, I do see the need to continue to blog about inspiring others and educating and reaching out to as many individuals as I can. My goal is to be in the best shape of my adult life by year end 2013. From there I want to be certified in DDP Yoga as well as nutrtion. I want to change myself and then change others through the experiences and lessons learned during my journey. Last night I went to the gym and did 30 minutes of non stop weight training. I received an amazing pump and high from that experience. It felt just as great as it does when I do a Double Black Diamond workout. So from today and moving forward I will take my two workout programs and develop the health and physique that I aspire to have. Hopefully you all enjoy this journey with me. Here is a pic of me last night all pumped up... Starting to see so much more muscle flexibility due to DDP Yoga....

sorry it's sideways...  i'm stupid...
