The Calm Before The Storm. preparing (mentally) for my next challenge

Today is the last day of the "old" me. I've been changing my life in great leaps and bounds since the beginning of this DDP Yoga journey. I started in February of this year and am just under the 6 month mark. In my last very long post I discussed the new challenge that I have set for myself. I will be taking part in a documented 100 hour/100 days of DDP Yoga sessions. This is just the break through that I will need to get me to my personal goals by the end of 2013 and also get me started in the DDP Yoga Certification program. You will all be able to follow this documented journey daily as I discuss the workout that I did that day, my nutrition intake and also how I felt before and after. I will update the blog daily and at the end of every week I will have 5 hours logged and documented. On either Saturday or Sunday, I will post a video of my workouts throughout the week and also I will provide my photos. By doing this, it will allow me to be accountable every day for my journey. It will also allow everyone to see what hard work and dedication can do for ones self. I hope you enjoy this challenging 20 weeks of changing and owning my life as much as I will. Of course! I welcome any comments and criticism if you got it! BANG!!!!
