THE HALF A YEAR IN REVIEW... AND NEW CHALLENGES

Ladies and gentlemen, I am pleased to announce that in just 2 very short weeks, I will have completed 6 months of ups and downs with the DDP Yoga program. I am excited to say, that this program is here with me for the VERY LONG HAUL... When I started this program back in February, I really took a liking to it. I slowly was involving this program into my soul workout routine. Within a couple months it has really taken over my life. Between emails from Dallas and joining Team DDP Yoga, the program has started to take on a life of its own within my personal life. Day after day I am trying to involve what I do into the program. I am enlisting members all the time, and showing what the program has done for me. I will not say that it's been easy, because being a somewhat sedative person, I find it very easy to skip a workout here and there. I do struggle daily with making sure I take in enough healthy and natural food, but I can say that as of today eating healthy is here to stay... I have always wanted to help others in health, nutrition, and fitness and after hearing about the Certification program, I think I really found what will be my niche in inspiring and helping others. I have read the requirements and what it takes to get prepared and I am NOW READY TO START A NEW JOURNEY WITH DDP YOGA!!! Here is what is going to happen from now until the end of 2013. Remember! my first goal is to be in the best shape of my "ADULT LIFE" by year end 2013... I am very close to those goals... To achieve those goals and to help gear myself into the certification program for 2014 I am going to do a little personal challenge.... Starting Monday August 12th and running through December 27th, I am going to logging 100 hours of DDP Yoga. Monday thru Friday Every week for 20 weeks, I will pull off a 1 hour session each day. That will give me 100 hours logged into a personal daily Journal as well as 20 weeks of "to the wall" training. The weekends will be for recovery purposes only!!! Each week I will provide 1 video of a workout from that week, as well as photoes of different poses. I will also document my bodyweight and some measurements. I will also include into my journal entries my diet for the day as well as some personal feelings. This challenge will not only get me to my personal goal, but it will also help me get the head start I need for the DDP Yoga Certification. THE BEST THING ABOUT THIS IS THAT IT WILL ENSURE THAT I AM ACCOUNTABLE FOR ALL OF MY ACTIONS. This endeavor is a "CAN'T MISS" journey and will add a huge chapter into what is called "TRANSFORM STEVE". PLEASE make sure to check in daily and weekly to see what true dedication is all about!!!
