DDP SAYS: "If you fall down, GET BACK UP AGAIN!

And boy do I seem to fall down alot. I must have two left feet. On August 12th I said I was going to start doing a 100 day/100 hour challenge to myself. unfortunately I fell off THAT wagon so many times, that it drove right out of town. Lucky for me, falling down eats at me more and more and I try to devise a way to get back up! So another wagon just rolled into this part of town. This wagon is the 100 day straight challenge! I WILL WORKOUT ON THE DDP YOGA PROGRAM FOR 100 DAYS IN A ROW..... THERE WILL BE NO IF'S AND'S OR BUTS' ABOUT IT! I am 6 months into this program and I have goals. My first goal is to be in the best shape of my ADULT LIFE by the end of 2013. That means I have to weigh in under 250 pounds. That seems like a lot of weight to still carry around, but it's not with my stature. Obviously I would like to lose more than that, but that's the 2014 goal. I carry my weight very well considering. I have a lot of bodyfat to still lose but I have some serious muscle tissue on this frame. My 2nd goal is to start the level 1 DDP Yoga Certification program. That is the plan for 2014 as well. I am trying to inspire people daily, and if I keep falling off the damn wagons, I won't be much of an inspiration. The story is that you WILL fall and YOU WILL get back up again!!!! BANG!!!!   1. Steve - great idea to do a 100 day challenge. I'm about 30 days into a 90-day challenge myself, and I'll tell you what - the streak has a life of its own and it keeps me going when I want to take a day off. I mix in easy/short workouts so my body has time to rest when it needs it. You can totally do this!!
