100 DAY CHALLENGE: DAY 1 Diamond Cutter

Tuesday August 27th 2013. This is the beginning of my 100 DAY CHALLENGE. Today's workout was the very fun and fullfilling workout called "Diamond Cutter". This workout is one of my absolute favorites. It's just under an hour but there is no amount of time in this workout that doesn't keep your heart rate up and running. I love the many series of 3 second, exploding, and 5 second pushups. My arch enemy is the 10 second pushup as it should be. Maybe if this pushup was in the middle of the workout, I would have enough energy to perform it. However, I understand with it being towards the end of the workout, it is the CHALLENGE of all Challenges. I can not perform the 10 second pushup all the way through without dropping to my knees, however, I feel the strength building. All in all, Diamond Cutter is a great workout and one that I will most likely do many many times throughout this challenge. STEVE
