100 DAY CHALLENGE: DAY 2 STANDUP
day 2 is in the books.  I ended up working out fairly late and didn't have the energy needed to pull off Strength Builder.  So I resorted to my ultimate favorite workout: Stand Up.   I like stand up for a few reasons.  It really challenges my balance and stretching, and it's not too long of a workout.  It was the perfect workout for me last night, especially following a grueling Diamond Cutter the night before.  I can tell you that my hamstrings and back muscles are feeling it today....
