SCREW CALORIES! The keys tto a successful TRANSFORMATION.

Just stop! STOP right there and really open your mind to something that seems so far out there, it can't be true... Or can it??? I would like to touch on this subject just a little bit right now.... I don't have all of my information in front of me but I will give you all the "GIST" of what I'm saying. Why do we count calories? Why do we constantly strive for consuming less calories than what our bodies are using? Because that's what we have been told for so many damn years. The fact of the mattter is that those myths are just that and not much fact. We have been told to watch the calories and eat low fat. A calorie is a form of energy and our bodies are so chemically and incredibly complex, that why would we try to do such a thing like count calories in and calories out. I challenge anyone to give me an exact number of how many calories their bodies burn in one single day. They can't do that! That's because there is so many many factors involved. The rule about counting calories versus counting calories out comes just a small area of the principles of the laws of thermodynamics. There are actually many laws of thermodynamics and that is why the calories in/out method is not a great way to lose that unwanted bodyfat. Our bodies are constantly striving to be at a state of homeostasis. The human body will adjust to whatever surroundings and elements it is given. Simple fact. Take someone that lives in Florida for a good majority of their life. Then as they get older they move to Massachusetts. The Floridians tend to be really cold even on a, what is considered, "warm" day in New England. That is because their body chemistry is different to the climate that they live in. Their blood tends to be thinner and so on and so forth. That is just a small example on how our bodies work. So why do we count calories? Well i can tell you that I don't.. BOTTOM LINE. I don't even look at calories on labels. That is because I have trained my self into looking for the things that truly matter. Ingredients such as sugar, salt, high fructose corn syrup, gluten, and many many other really horrible ingredients that are put into the average american body...

So to make this blog post short and unsweetened, STOP with the useless calorie counting and get into the more important things.  Just because it says  "low calorie"  doesn't mean it is healthy.  READ the labels.  LOOK the least ingredients.  If there are ingredients that you cannot pronounce, then most likely it isn't a healthy choice meal!!!!    EAT as natural and organic as you can.   Stay away from packaged foods.  They are packaged which means they have preservatives.  Try to consume at least 10 servings of colorful and healthy vegetables.  Keep away from the veggies that you have to cook to eat.  They are always full of starch and sugars.  Watch out for the fruits.  As sure as fruit is healthy, make sure you are not consuming too much. Fruit contains FRUCTOSE which is fruit sugar.  Sugar in the body makes us FAT...  Take in your healthy fats, such as olive and coconut oils, Raw almonds, eggs, Avacados..  Eat your lean meats such as wild caught salmon, free range chicken, and grass fed beef.  kick out the dairy and try to replace it with unsweetened almond milk.    Keep your sugar grams in the single digits.
