I always find it funny when people snicker, laugh, and poke a little fun at the fact that I do "yoga". However, they just don't understand the "DYNAMICS" that go with DDP Yoga. I was that same person a year ago before I looked into the program. People are very narrow minded and some what of "know it alls" when it comes to health and nutrtition. These same people are the ones that by looking at them, have no clue about it all. They simply are puppets following what the supermarket magazines and day time tv shows tell them to do. If they say to eat a bag of sand every week, and they will lose 20 pounds, then they will do it, and preach it to the masses. These people are completely clueless. I have one person that said she started jogging. This women is by fat not in any physical shape to be jogging. I can imagine the cries that her joints are making after such a workout. Just because you "think" you can go out for a jog, doesn't mean that you should. As far as the DDP Yoga program, I try to explain to the lamen people that it's not just Yoga, that it's alot more than that. It's a combination of yoga, physical therapy, dynamic resistance, calisthenics and other bodyweight exercises all blended together to create a "no impact, fat burning, muscle building" workout. I go on to explain the benefits of the dynamic resistance, and how the mind/body connection can work together to benefit your physical and mental health. I explain how maintaining a heart rate to burn body fat as opposed to burning muscle throughout the entire workout is by fat better than spending countless hours at a gym or banging your joints to dust during a jog. What people don't understand is what a good exercise program needs to work. A good program needs to have these factors to be beneficial. First of all it needs to be safe. Safety is the key so that you do not get hurt or injured and setting yourself back again. Then it needs to be sustainable. If you plan on getting healthy for life than just for the "summer", you need to have a workout that you can continuously do for the rest of your life. The DDP Yoga Program is just that. There is always somewhere you can go with these workouts. The old man (hahaha) proves that time and time again during the videos.... Eventually as you progress through the program, you will be able to modify and create your own SAFE, and Sustainable, workouts just like DDP does. The last thing that a good workout program needs to be is EFFECTIVE. Does it work? Well the proof is in the sugar free, gluten free PUDDING. Look at all the great inspirational stories on and . You will see that no matter what shape you are in, you can make this workout work for you. That is truly a matter of fact. With the way these moves are designed and the great teaching that DDP does during the workouts, you will AND I REPEAT, WILL, make this program effective. So I'm a sales man by trade, and this is what I explain to the Na-Sayers and the ignorant. I try every day to tell someone about this program. Below are just two pictures of my face. The one with the beard is from a little under a year ago. And the one without was just taken a couple of weeks ago. You can see the change in my face despite the fact that I shaved. You can see the changes from just basically eating cleaner, and working out on the DDP Yoga program....
